Really commercial and practical lawyers who understand the key issues and negotiate hard to achieve them. It is refreshing when lawyers are more concerned about results than simply billing hours.

Rob Feldmann, CEO Brandalley UK

We have worked with Grant Dawe over several years now on various corporate matters and cross referrals; we and our clients have found them to be consistently responsive, commercial in their approach to the law and transparent on fees. Our clients will now go direct to them for commercial work now, which reflects highly of their professionalism. A great firm to work with.

Ed Bannister, Stepien Lake LLP

We have worked with Jonathan and Tony for many years and as we have grown from 10 to 250 staff they have effectively become our in-house corporate counsel. They have managed varied transactions for us from debt facilities and equity issuance through to acquisitions, always acting thoroughly and efficiently but most importantly bringing great commercial sense to the process. However, we get much more than just transaction support – they are always available and provide great advice, and in the rare occasions they don’t know the answer, they seem to know someone who does!
